A company cannot improve Quality, only people can. QMI focuses on the development of people at each stage of the corporate ladder. Management, staff and Workers participate in skill development programmes aimed at behavioral and attitudinal changes and internalise skills for strategic thinking for translating organization’s vision, mission and goals into achievements. Our programmes are designed to create an urge for Quality in each employee and show them a better tomorrow.
