Institute
of Directors (IOD) is organizing 14th World Congress
on Total Quality (WCTQ) in Bangalore from Jan 23 to
25 this is first time this international event is
being held in Bangalore.
The
theme is "Triple bottom line approaches for building
corporations that last" An international exhibition
- Qualex 2004 - will also be held, which will showcase
quality and excellence. The congress will be preceded
by leading edge workshops on corporate social responsibility
and Six Sigma and CRM.

on Total Quality Dr Madhav Mehra said WCTQ will be
biggest assemblage of quality thinkers in this part
of world and offers an unrivalled networking opportunity

The
main objective is to understand importance of people
