The institute of Directors (IOD) will hold the 14th World Congress on Total Quality in the city from January 24, with special focus on corporate social responsibility and issues such as environment. Chairman of the World Quality Council and president of the World Council for Corporate Governance Dr Madhav Mehra made the statement at the press meet here on Tuesday. 65 experts will speak during 18 sessions of the Congress spread over three days. Awards will also be presented to achievers in quality - The Golden Peacock National Quality Award, Golden Peacock Innovation Managment Award, Golden Peacock Innovative Product or Service Award.
