NQA QSR - Certification Process

A: For QMS ISO9001:2000 Standard

The certification process which consists of three major steps, as comenced :-

1.	Pre Audit covering the the Documentation Review is conducted upon receipt of an application and acceptance of fee offer. The review of all documentation relating to quality/enironment management systems is conducted onsite for clients convenience to verify the requirements of the applicable standards of ISO 9000 series to your company.
2.	Pre-Assessment is optional and is a dry run of the final audit. It is conducted to identify and correct any major deficiencies, in the implementation of quality systems before the formal certification audit.
3.	Final certification audit conducted to assess the complete documented Quality/ Environment system and verify demonstration of its satisfactory operation as per the standards.The company is granted Certification upon sucessful review after the Lead Auditor's recommendations are confirmed by the Certification committe of NQAQSR.

All audits are conducted with utmost regard to confidentiality and professional ethics and provide a positive enriching experience to everyone involved.

Questionnaire form for ISO 9000/2000 Standards

A Questionnaire is sent in response to enquiries to obtain preliminary information, which will enable us to confirm an estimate of costs for registration and process any subsequent application, as quickly as possible. The questionnaire should be completed in as much details as possible and returned to NQAQSR via email / fax.

Application for registration for ISO 9000/2000 Standards

Upon acceptance of NQAQSR's fee proposals and receipt of the Application form together with the Application fee. The company is formally contracted for conduct of independent assessments and grant of a certificate of registration upon satisfactory completion of assessments of the applicable management system.
